This is a picture taken a few years ago in Albania. It's slightly tilted; (and overexposed but that's another lesson) the columns lean a little to the right.

To straighten the image first bring it in Photoshop. On the toolbar click on the bottom right corner arrow of the Eyedropper Tool to show the hidden tools. Select the Ruler Tool.

With the Ruler Tool active click and drag on a portion of a straight line anywhere in the image. Click again when you stop dragging. This puts a highlighted ruler line on that straight edge in the image. The black arrow is pointing to it in the above image. You may need to Zoom in to do this accurately.

Then go to: Image>Rotate Canvas> Arbitrary

This will cause a window to pop up showing the degree change needed to straighten the image. Just click ok and the image will straighten automatically.

Now use the Crop Tool to square the sides.

Easy! It took a lot more time to tell you how to do this than it does to actually do it.
Thanks for sharing this information.I really wanted to learn more about this.. :)
