I have had a lot of questions from students on how to use watercolor pencils. I have had watercolor pencils since junior high (the same set) and rarely use them. Today I came across this little video that answers many of the questions you have been asking. Makes me want to pull out my old set and play with them.
I would love it if you would click on the little pencil icon just below this post and let me know what you think of the video.
Hi Joanne, This is great information about watercolor pencils. I have blender pens that I use at stamp club with my watercolor pencils and now I can play with them with more variety in what I do. Thanks so much. Kendra
ReplyDeleteI would love to see what you do with the pencils
ReplyDeleteI do watercolor monoprints and then use watercolor pencils to enhance colors, shade and add details. I also love using watercolor crayons, do entire paintings using crayons, wet paper and apply texture with saran wrap, etc. and finish details with wc pencils.
ReplyDeleteI have never used watercolor crayons. In fact I don't think I have ever even seen watercolor crayons. Interesting... something new to try.
